Started with one oven and a coffee blender
Kathi Pizza opened on a corner near Tiraha Chowk in Akbarpur with a single stone oven and a single promise — pizza that's hot when it reaches the table, and cold coffee that's actually cold. No shortcuts on the dough, no shortcuts on the ice.
Every base is stretched by hand that morning. Every cold coffee is blended fresh per order, not poured from a jug. That's the whole operation, and it's stayed that way since the shutters first went up.
